We are a firm of Chartered Surveyors, Town Planners and Environmental Consultants specialising in the acquisition and development of all property & land-related activities. We act on behalf of clients providing fully integrated services from initial site identification, development opportunities and project management.
We have over 4 decades of experience supporting companies throughout the UK. We specialise in the renewables sector with previous clients including PNE Wind, RES Group and Scottish Power Renewables.
Working collaboratively with our clients, we help them achieve their objectives and optimise opportunities. Because every client’s needs are different, our support is tailored to suit your individual requirements.

As a fully accredited and practising Rural Practice RICS Chartered Surveyor, Bruce has spent over 20 years working within land, renewables and property throughout the UK and Ireland.
Originally Bruce was involved in advising private clients on the value and utilisation of their existing land and assets and helping with a range of land and property issues.
He has two decades worth of proven experience in securing land and rights necessary for property, land and renewables / telecoms industries.

With over 20 years’ experience, Jill has delivered environmental assessment and management services across a diverse range of sectors including energy, transport, oil & gas, industry, residential and commercial.
Jill is an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Practitioner and qualified Project Manager (Prince 2), with a proven track record for successfully delivering complex terrestrial and marine EIA projects within budget and on schedule. Specialising in noise, Jill’s acoustic experience includes preparation of noise impact assessments including stakeholder engagement, noise modelling (CadnaA and underwater noise), noise measurement and interpretation, impact assessment preparation and mitigation design.

Ronnie Hogg is a Chartered Town Planner with over 30 years experience. He has a proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary project teams in gaining complex planning consents and negotiating legal agreements.
He is skilled in advising clients on all aspects of planning and development matters including policy updates, permitted development, planning processes and consultations.
